Skreen Family Practice is a rural based medical practice providing for the health and wellbeing of people living in the community and those from outside the community who wish to access our services.

We are committed to the community in which we are located

We believe good health and wellbeing is best understood through recognising the interrelationship between the biological, psychological and sociological dimensions of a person’s life.  

We offer a practice based approach to health and well-being of our patients by recognising and valuing the contribution of each member of the staff.

We work closely with our HSE colleagues :public health nurse, physiotherapist, dietitian, podiatrist, diabetic nurse specialist, mental health team including counsellors and nurse, in an effort to provide integrated health care.

We are a training practice which means we support the education and training of GPs and medical students.
